Tan Sri Dato' Mohd Hussin bin Abdul Hamid

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mohd Hussin bin Abd Hamid

Tan Sri Datuk Seri Mohd Hussin bin Abd Hamid is the Chairman of the Advisory Board Malaysia. Tan Sri has vast banking experience having served as an Executive of Standard Chartered Bank for over 30 years before moving on to become the Chairman of MIMB Investment Bank Berhad, Chairman of EONCAP Islamic Banking Berhad, as well as Directorships in EON Bank Berhad, and Government owned banks namely Bank Industri & Teknologi Malaysia Berhad, Export-Import Bank of Malaysia Berhad and Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad. He was also formerly Chairman of a property development company known as Naza/ TTDI Properties Berhad and currently serves as an independent Director on 13 of the companies within the Naza/ TTDI Group. Tan Sri is concurrently a member of the Melaka State Finance and Treasury Council and the Melaka Investment Trust Fund.

Dato' Sri Abdul Hamidy Abdul Hafiz

Dato' Sri Abdul Hamidy Abdul Hafiz is currently Chairman, Danajamin Nasional Berhad. His diverse experience ranges from being an Executive Officer at Affin Bank Berhad to Managing Director at Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad.


His other appointments include Chairman of Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (CDRC) (established by Bank Negara Malaysia), Board Member of Amanah Raya Berhad, Chairman of Investment Committee of Amanah Raya Berhad and Member, Board of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin.

Datuk Lean Meng Seongfg

Datuk Lean Meng Seong

Datuk Lean Meng Seong has an extensive experience in the banking industry including Standard Chartered Bank. He has served as Board Member of Credit Corporation Malaysia (represented Standard Chartered Bank), Chairman of Audit Committee of Credit Corporation Malaysia, Director, Phileo Allied Finance, Chairman of Phileo Allied Unit Trust, Chairman, Affin Factors Berhad and Alternate Director on the Board of Malaysian Electronic Payments System Berhad.


He is also Member of the Education Committee of Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia. He is currently Director of Sage 3 Capital Sdn. Bhd. and Member of Board of Governors, Anglo-Chinese School, Ipoh (Methodist Secondary School).

 
Datuk Baljit Singh Sidhu Datuk Baljit Singh Sidhu

Datuk Baljit co-founded Messrs. Shukor Baljit & Partners in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur as the Managing Partner in 1997. Practicing in the areas of Criminal and Civil litigation, he has appeared as Lead Counsel in numerous cases in the appellate courts.

He was selected as representative of the Bar Council to the Parliamentary Select Committee in 2005 where he rendered his views regarding the amendment of the provisions of the Penal Code and Criminal Procedure Code.

He was an active member of the Bar Council and the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee and had held the posts of Chairman to the Criminal Practice Committee Kuala Lumpur as well as Deputy Chairman to the Bar Council Criminal Committee (National) from the year 2010 to 2012.

He is the author of the book "Criminal Litigation Process" and has written numerous articles in the legal journals.

He is a recipient of the Darjah Mulia Seri Melaka (DMSM) which was awarded to him on 12th October 2008 and was also conferred with the Honorary Police rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) by the Royal Malaysian Police in 2012.

He was called to the Supreme Court of Brunei on 11.2.2011 and in July 2013 he was appointed as adjunct Professor at Law Faculty in Sultan Zainal Abidin University.

Mr Temurnikar is the Chairman and Co-Founder of the Global Schools Foundation. He oversees the entire operations of the Foundation and its schools worldwide.

Kaustubh Bodhankar

Kaustubh Bodhankar, Deputy CEO, Global Schools Foundation

Mr Bodhankar is a member of the founding management team and has over the last few years handled the Foundation's financials and new project implementations. Mr Kaustubh looks after the New Growth sector and GIIS's expansion in new countries.

 Kamal Gupta

Kamal Gupta Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Regional Director, Middle East and Africa Global Schools Foundation

Mr Kamal Gupta is a business leader with significant experience in general, financial and commercial management with major FMCG multinationals, including Gillette Company USA, Proctor & Gamble, and Fonterra NZ amongst others. His forte lies in leading strategy development, change management, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, cash generation and cost reduction.

Mr Gupta holds a strong track record in driving growth, developing investor relations, managing complex joint ventures and internal controls, and has worked in diverse cultural environments from USA and UK to Asia and Middle East.

 

  

Manoj Nair

Manoj Nair, Country Director, Malaysia


Mr Nair is the founding member of the GIIS Malaysia team. He oversees entire operations of GIIS in Kuala Lumpur and is presently the Country Director of Global Schools Foundation (Malaysia) and GIIS campuses in Malaysia.
